Steve Golden is a Novell Certified NetWare Engineer  with 10 years of experience in various networking technology and telecommunications fields. Steve has managed, designed and implemented  networks for several large corporations including  Chemical Bank, Dean Witter,  Johnson & Higgins and Marsh & McLennan.  Steve holds an MBA in Management  from St. John's University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.

Christopher Nolan is a Certified Public Accountant with 10 years of experience.  Chris has provided accounting, audit and internal control recommendation services for manufacturing and construction industry clients while employed at Deloitte & Touche and Coltec Industries.  Most recently he has served as controller/treasurer for the Damon G. Douglas Co., a New Jersey based construction firm.  Chris holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
